What we collect
Only what you send us. If you use the inquiry form or write to us by email, WhatsApp or phone, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, contact details, company and a description of your project.
What the website stores
Your language choice is stored locally in your browser so the site opens in the same language next time. It never leaves your device and it is not used to identify you. The website sets no advertising or profiling cookies.
Why we use it
To answer your inquiry, prepare a proposal and carry out a project you have asked us for. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with third parties except where a project makes it necessary and you have agreed to it.
How long we keep it
Inquiry correspondence is kept for as long as it is useful for the business relationship, and then deleted. Project files are kept as part of our archive of work.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@iluminolense.com and we will respond.
